Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called HMI-115 can reduce moderate to severe pain caused by endometriosis. It will involve 540 women who will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, with an option to continue for another 28 weeks. The main goal is to see if HMI-115 is safe and more effective than placebo at lowering menstrual and pelvic pain scores.
