Summary
This study tests a new drug called HLX43 in 60 adults with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to attach to a protein on cancer cells and deliver a toxic payload to kill them. The main goal is to find the best dose and see how many patients' tumors shrink.
