New drug aims to shrink painful tumors in NF1 patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HLX-1502 in people aged 12 and older who have neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (nerve tumors) that are growing or causing symptoms. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink these tumors by at least 20% and to check for side effects. About 25 participants will take the drug and be monitored with MRI scans.
