First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HLX-1502 in people aged 12 and older with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) who have growing or symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas (nerve tumors). The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink these tumors by at least 20%. Researchers will also monitor safety and how long any tumor shrinkage lasts. The trial is open-label, meaning everyone gets the drug, and involves about 25 participants.
