Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety and tolerability of a new drug called HJB647 in 12 adults with stable heart failure and reduced pumping ability. Participants will receive two different doses of the drug or a placebo in a crossover design. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how it moves through the body.
