Summary
This study looked at how veterans with HIV use My HealtheVet, an online health tool, to manage their condition. Researchers reviewed medical records and interviewed 123 veterans and their healthcare providers. The goal was to understand what helps or hinders use of the tool and to design ways to encourage more veterans to use it for better health.
