First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested whether two experimental HIV vaccines (EnvSeq-1 and CH505 M5 gp120) are safe and can trigger an immune response. A total of 117 healthy, HIV-negative adults received the vaccines along with an adjuvant to boost immunity. The main goal was to check for side effects and measure antibody production, laying groundwork for future HIV prevention efforts.
