NCT ID NCT03284710

First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested an experimental HIV vaccine in 132 healthy adults to see if it is safe and triggers an immune response. Participants received different combinations of the vaccine with or without adjuvants (substances that boost the immune response). The main goals were to check for side effects and measure antibody levels against HIV. The trial has been completed, and results will help guide future HIV vaccine development.
