Summary
This study tests whether a simpler two-drug HIV regimen (dolutegravir/lamivudine) works as well as the standard three-drug regimen for people starting HIV treatment while also being treated for tuberculosis. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups. The goal is to see if the simpler option can safely control HIV without increasing side effects or drug interactions.
