First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether offering HIV self-testing with online supervision helps young men who have sex with men (MSM) in Ho Chi Minh City get tested more often. One hundred participants aged 16-29 either used the supervised self-test or answered a simple yes/no about past testing. The goal was to see if this approach increases testing rates and helps find new HIV cases earlier.
