First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study will test if a text-message program can help 18-22 year-olds in Uganda prevent HIV. Participants will receive interactive texts with quizzes, badges, and advice, and researchers will see if it increases HIV testing and condom use over 12 months. The goal is to find a low-cost way to reach young adults across the country.
