First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new community-based program called CoPrev in rural Lesotho. Village health workers use a tablet app to provide HIV prevention tools like PrEP and emergency PEP to people at high risk. About 380 participants will be enrolled to see if this approach increases use of prevention methods compared to standard care. The goal is to reduce new HIV infections in underserved areas.
