Summary
This study tests whether a program led by peers—combining acceptance and commitment therapy, exercise, and social support—can help women living with HIV take their medication more consistently. About 300 women who have HIV, use substances, and have experienced violence will take part. The program is delivered by community organizations, and the study also looks at whether these groups can keep running it after the research ends.
