First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at how HIV drugs behave in the body of people starting treatment for the first time. 35 participants took a once-daily combination of atazanavir, ritonavir, tenofovir, and emtricitabine. A special electronic pill bottle (MEMS) recorded when they took their medicine, helping researchers link drug levels to how well the virus was controlled.
