NCT ID NCT06947746

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single injection of human induced stem cells (hiSCs) into the knee is safe and can help relieve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Fifteen adults with active knee arthritis will receive the injection and be monitored for side effects and improvements in pain, stiffness, and swelling. The goal is to control disease activity in the joint, not to cure the overall condition.
