Summary
This study compared two different therapies to help children with cerebral palsy improve their sitting balance and overall movement. Researchers worked with 52 children aged 4-11 who have spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. They tested whether horseback riding therapy (hippotherapy) or Swiss ball exercises worked better to improve trunk control and balance.
