Horseback riding vs. exercise balls: which helps kids with cerebral palsy balance better?

NCT ID NCT06047756

Summary

This study compared two different therapies to help children with a form of cerebral palsy improve their trunk control and balance. Researchers tested whether structured horseback riding (hippotherapy) or exercises on a large Swiss ball was more effective. The goal was to see which method better helped kids sit more steadily and move with greater control.
