Summary
This study compared three different nerve-blocking techniques to manage pain after hip surgery. Researchers tested 75 adults to see which method best reduced pain and the need for morphine painkillers in the first day after surgery. The goal was to find safer, more effective pain control options that could help patients recover faster with fewer side effects.
