Can simple stretches unlock your hips? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07495371
Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether a simple, supervised stretching program could safely improve hip movement. It included 12 people across three groups: those who had a hip replacement, those with long-term hip pain, and healthy volunteers. Over four weeks, participants did assisted stretches three times a week, and researchers measured their hip flexibility before and after to see if it helped.
