Gentle stretches tested to loosen stiff hips

NCT ID NCT07495371

Summary

This small, completed study explored whether a simple stretching program could safely improve hip movement. It included 12 people: some who had hip replacement surgery, some with long-term hip pain, and some healthy volunteers. Over four weeks, participants did supervised stretching exercises three times a week, and their hip flexibility was measured before and after.
