Researchers put hip replacement walking to the test
NCT ID NCT07186400
Summary
This study aimed to check if two specific walking and turning tests are reliable and useful for measuring movement in people who have had a hip replacement. Researchers had 54 patients with a single hip replacement perform the tests twice, an hour apart, to see if the results were consistent. The goal was to understand if these tests could help doctors better assess how patients move and balance after surgery.
