10-Year watch on new hip implant
NCT ID NCT02748408
Summary
This study is monitoring how well a specific hip replacement stem component performs over 10 years after surgery. It will follow 550 adults (ages 18-75) who are getting a first-time total hip replacement due to severe pain from conditions like arthritis or hip damage. Researchers will track how long the implant lasts, patient satisfaction, quality of life, and any problems that occur.
