Summary
This study is monitoring how well a specific hip replacement stem holds up over 10 years after surgery. It will follow 550 adults (ages 18-75) who are getting a first-time total hip replacement for severe pain from conditions like arthritis. Researchers will track the implant's survival, patient satisfaction, and any complications.
