Which nerve block wins for hip replacement pain?

Summary
This study compares three types of nerve blocks to see which provides the best pain relief after hip replacement while preserving leg strength for early walking. About 93 adults aged 65 and older will receive one of the blocks during surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective option for recovery.
