Summary

This study tested whether injecting a person's own fat tissue into the hip joint can safely reduce pain and improve movement in hip osteoarthritis. Thirty adults aged 40 to 70 with mild to moderate hip arthritis received one ultrasound-guided injection. Researchers tracked pain, stiffness, and daily function for 12 months using a standard questionnaire.
