Summary
This study looks at 100 adults with a broken hip (femoral neck fracture) who need a partial hip replacement. It compares two surgical methods: the direct anterior approach and the direct lateral approach. The goal is to see which approach helps patients recover function better and has fewer complications. Participants will be followed for 3 months after surgery.
