First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at 100 adults with a broken hip to see if one surgical method (direct anterior approach) helps them recover better than another (direct lateral approach). Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgeries and followed for 3 months. The goal is to find out which approach leads to better function, fewer complications, and a smoother recovery.
