ER study: which nerve block eases hip fracture pain best?

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (PENG and FICB) to see which provides better pain relief for people with hip fractures in the emergency department. About 50 adults with a broken hip will receive one of the two blocks, and researchers will measure their pain scores and how much extra pain medicine they need. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce pain and possibly lower the risk of confusion (delirium) in older patients.
