Summary
This study looks at whether repairing the hip capsule (the tissue around the joint) after hip arthroscopy leads to better hip function and less pain compared to leaving it unrepaired. About 250 adults aged 18 to 50 with hip pain from femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. Neither the patients nor the assessors will know which group they are in, ensuring unbiased results.
