New hip block may match gold standard for Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks for pain after hip replacement surgery. About 118 adults will receive either an iliopsoas plane block or a PENG block before surgery. The goal is to see if the newer block works as well for pain control and recovery.
