First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a cooling device called hilotherapy can reduce nerve pain caused by taxane chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. About 60 participants will either receive cooling on their hands and feet during chemo or standard care. The goal is to see if cooling improves comfort and quality of life by measuring nerve symptoms before, during, and after treatment.
