Chill out: cooling therapy may ease chemo nerve damage

Summary

This study tests whether a cooling device called hilotherapy can ease nerve pain and improve quality of life in breast cancer patients receiving taxane chemotherapy. About 60 participants will either receive cooling on their hands and feet during chemo or standard care. Researchers will track nerve symptoms and comfort levels over several months.
