Summary

This study looks at how two types of exercise—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and HIIT combined with jumping exercises—affect the muscles and tendons of children with obesity. About 40 children at different stages of puberty will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which program works better for improving muscle and tendon structure and function.
