Summary

This study looks at how two types of exercise—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and HIIT combined with jumping exercises (plyometrics)—affect the muscles and tendons of children with obesity. Forty children, at different stages of puberty, will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which program works better for improving muscle and tendon health.
