Summary
This study explores whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a practical and acceptable option for people with long-term shoulder pain. Researchers will enroll 30 participants—15 with shoulder pain and 15 without—to measure inflammation, blood sugar, and nerve function. The goal is to see if HIIT is safe and worth studying further as a treatment for shoulder pain.
