HIIT for shoulder pain: a new hope?
NCT ID NCT07275164
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study explores whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a practical and acceptable option for people with chronic shoulder pain. Researchers will enroll 30 participants—15 with shoulder pain and 15 without—to measure inflammation, blood sugar, and pain sensitivity, and to see how well people tolerate a single HIIT session. The goal is to determine if a larger study is worthwhile.
