Summary
This study tests whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can improve cognitive function and quality of life in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty participants will exercise in a supervised HIIT program, and their thinking skills and daily functioning will be measured at 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if this type of exercise can help with attention, memory, and planning.
