Summary
This pilot study tests whether a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can improve cognitive function and quality of life in 30 people with Parkinson's disease. Participants will exercise regularly for 3 to 6 months, and researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and daily thinking skills. The goal is to see if intense exercise can ease cognitive symptoms and boost self-confidence.
