Remote HIIT program aims to boost fitness in mysterious chest pain patients

Summary

This study looks at why people with chest pain but no blocked arteries (ANOCA) often have poor fitness. Researchers will test if a remote, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can safely improve heart function, exercise capacity, and quality of life. About 25 adults aged 18-85 will participate.
