Summary
This study looks at whether eating more protein and doing strength training can help people with obesity keep fat off better than a standard low-calorie diet. Sixty adults will follow either a high-protein diet with supervised resistance training or a balanced low-calorie diet. The goal is to see which approach leads to better long-term fat loss and muscle preservation.
