First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a powerful laser treatment for people with ongoing pain in the upper back and neck muscles (trapezius myofascial pain syndrome). About 104 adults will receive either real laser therapy or a fake treatment to see if it reduces pain, improves neck movement, and helps with daily function and mood. The goal is to find a non-drug way to ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
