Summary
This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training can improve eye health and slow down glaucoma. About 168 adults with open-angle glaucoma will be split into two groups: one does supervised exercise, the other gets standard care and lifestyle advice. The goal is to see if exercise can help control the disease and improve quality of life.
