First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week program of high-intensity interval exercise can help people with rheumatoid arthritis improve their heart and blood vessel function, reduce inflammation, and feel better overall. About 87 adults with stable, low-to-moderate disease activity will take part. The goal is to see if this type of exercise is a safe and effective way to manage symptoms and lower heart disease risk.
