Summary
This study tested a high-intensity body-weight circuit training program in 22 middle-aged adults recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The goal was to see if this type of exercise could improve blood sugar levels, body composition, and fitness. Participants did not take diabetes medication and were not active before the study. The results may offer a simple, effective way to manage diabetes without special equipment.
