Can eating more fiber change your Body's bowel cancer risk signals?
NCT ID NCT07279454
Summary
This study aims to understand if a high-fiber diet can change body measurements linked to early-onset bowel cancer. Researchers will compare two healthy diets in 200 adult twins from the UK over 12 weeks. They will collect stool, blood, urine, and saliva samples to see if the higher-fiber diet improves markers related to cancer risk.
