First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether higher doses of the drug furmonertinib, alone or with chemotherapy, can control advanced non-small cell lung cancer in patients whose disease got worse after first-line treatment with a similar targeted therapy. About 60 adults with specific EGFR gene mutations will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups. The goal is to see which approach delays cancer growth the longest.
