Summary
This study checked how much of a high-dose eye medication gets into the bloodstream when injected into both eyes. Researchers gave 51 adults with diabetic macular edema or age-related macular degeneration injections in both eyes and measured drug levels in their blood. The goal was to understand the safety of this higher dose treatment approach.
