Summary
This study is testing whether a non-surgical treatment using focused sound waves (HIFU) works as well as traditional surgery (myomectomy) for women with symptomatic uterine fibroids. Researchers will compare how much each treatment improves quality of life, reduces symptoms like heavy bleeding, and affects recovery time. The goal is to see if the sound wave treatment offers similar benefits with potentially fewer complications.
