NCT ID NCT07243418
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drug hetrombopag can prevent or reduce low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia) caused by antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) treatments for breast cancer. About 72 adults with breast cancer will receive hetrombopag alongside their regular chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the risk of severe platelet drops, which can cause bleeding and treatment delays.
