Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether a modified herpes virus (C5252) is safe and might help control recurrent, high-grade brain tumors. The virus is injected directly into the cavity left after tumor removal. The study will enroll adults whose cancer has returned after standard treatments and who have no other available options.
